FRESH GAMBITO LLC was founded by a group of entrepreneurs with over 50 years of combined experience in the shrimp farming industry. Based in the city of Miami, the group has its own shrimp farms in the state of Falcón (Venezuela) and enjoys strategic partnerships with farms and processing plants in Ecuador.

Our main objective is the commercialization of shrimp in the United States market, where we offer shrimp products in various presentations with our brand or with other allied brands.

We specialize in offering the best product from our farms and selecting products from other responsible and quality breeders from Ecuador and Venezuela. Our commitment is to offer the customer a top quality product, free of chemicals and hormones.
OUR MISSION is to offer the consumer a real alternative of shrimp from sustainable production systems and certified processing plants in terms of quality and manufacturing practices, with high traceability, free of chemicals such as water retention additives, hormones and antibiotics while maintaining at all times a high level of activity in the development of new and better products based on shrimp.
